A mainstay of each and every Music in the Mountains Festival for the past 40 years, our Festival posters are each their own, unique, and one-of-a-kind piece of art! Featuring artwork selected specifically for each Festival by a range of different talented artists, focusing in different mediums and styles, looking back at the last forty years of Festival posters tells its own visual story of the forty-year history of Music in the Mountains!

One of the most momentous seasons in Music in the Mountains’ history, our 39th Anniversary Season was one of bold leadership, deep musical artistry, and incredible musical experiences, all set against the backdrop of beautiful Durango, Colorado, and the surrounding regions throughout the four weeks of July 2025!

In 2024, Music in the Mountains celebrated our 38th Anniversary Season with four weeks of world-class classical music, held in Durango, Colorado, and the surrounding regions!

In 2023, Music in the Mountains celebrated our 37th Anniversary Season with four weeks of incredible classical music in the heart of Southwest Colorado!

In 2022, Music in the Mountains celebrated our 36th Anniversary Season with the return of our full orchestra to our beautiful corner of Southwest Colorado for three and a half weeks of classical music!
