You are invited to join The Encore Society - a planned giving program available for those wanting to support Music in the Mountains. Information regarding planned giving may be obtained from your investment advisor or by directly contacting Music In The Mountains as we have consulting attorneys and accountants available to answer questions.  Our nonprofit status qualifies most gifts for federal, and often state, income tax charitable deduction. The Encore Society honors individuals who are providing for Music in the Mountains with a gift in their will or other options. All gifts help to ensure that Music in the Mountains continues to be an important part of the community for our next generation.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE ENCORE SOCIETY 

Encore Society members will be recognized in our Music in the Mountains Festival Program distributed at all concerts during the festival and receive invitations to special luncheons, receptions and special events throughout the year.

 PRIVACY POLICY

All information concerning donors or prospective donors of any gift shall be held in strict confidence by Music in the Mountains and its personnel and outside advisors, including names of donors and the amount and kind of gifts, unless written permission to release such information is obtained from the Donor. Participation in events or inclusion in publications of the Encore Society will be strictly at the discretion of donors.

GIFT POLICY

As a matter of policy, Music in the Mountains will not accept as gifts, autos, commodities, margin purchases, foreign issues unless traded on U.S. Exchanges, or assets that may expose Music in the Mountains to liability. We reserve the right to review real estate contributions prior to acceptance.
